A Little Pouch That Changed How I Carry My Day

I'll be honest with you. For years, the bottom of my bag was a mystery. Lip balm somewhere. A tin of skin balm rolling around loose. My travel toothbrush wrapped in a paper towel like some kind of hopeful improvisation. I kept telling myself I'd figure out a better system.

Then I found these pouches, and I genuinely haven't thought about it since.

Now I keep one tucked into every bag I rotate through. Inside: my Little Flower lip balm, a small tin of our CBD skin balm for dry hands and cuticles on the go, and my bamboo travel toothbrush for a midday refresh after lunch or coffee. Everything I reach for without thinking, right there together, zipped up and easy to find.

This one is the Cactus Rose, and it's the one I find myself grabbing when I want something that feels a little more cheerful. The hand block printed batik fabric is warm and botanical, a rosy pink and green pattern that looks like something you'd find pressed between the pages of a vintage nature journal. The quilting gives it a lovely softness in your hand, and the zipper opens smoothly every single time.

Both sides of the pouch carry their own print, slightly different from each other, so it's interesting no matter which way you hold it. And because each one is handmade, yours will have its own subtle character. The dye, the print registration, the quilting, it all has that beautiful human quality that simply cannot be replicated by a machine.

At 5.5" x 6.5", it holds everything you actually need without adding bulk to your bag. Slim enough for a small crossbody, roomy enough to feel genuinely useful.
